The system allows you to use the Bookmark command
to mark questions to be returned to at a later time via the
Review page. In order to Bookmark
a particular question click on the Bookmark
command. At the Review page, which you can
select at any time, you will see the book icon next to your
bookmarked questions. Click on the relevant question number
to return to it. Please note that Bookmarking is not available
in the demonstration.
Read the positive and negative statements associated with each
question carefully. Note that the right hand side is not always
negative and the left hand side is not always positive.
From the scale of 1 to 7 choose the number
that you think best represents the performance of the subject
of this appraisal in relation to each statement.
If the statement on the left hand side most closely represents
their behaviour then click 1. If the statement
on the right hand side most closely represents their behaviour
then click 7. If they sometimes use either
behaviour then click one of the numbers in between.
Once a section is submitted the answers can no longer be changed.
At the end of each section there is a Comments box for any free
text that you would like to add. All comments are anonymous.

to move through questions. |
